The Infiniti Q45 appeals to the luxury car buyers with the dramatic exterior styling to its beautiful wood and leather interior treatment, the Q45 knows how to please people. As for attitude, the aggressiveness is shown in its powerful 4.5-liter 340-horsepower V-8 engine, standard 17-inch alloy wheels, and big vented disc brakes.
